At the root, there are limiting beliefs that are telling you, you don’t deserve to feel well, whole, and confident. Most importantly, you are accepting someone else’s definition of wellbeing, instead of something that is authentically and uniquely yours.

I understand the pressure of feeling like you are “supposed” to look a certain way and do things within a certain timeline. I struggled with perfectionism most of my life and never realized the negative affect it had on my wellness until I had a health scare. I knew I had to make a change.
Then I had a light bulb moment!
I had always written my own narrative, so why should my wellness be any different?!
Just like you, I wanted to feel confident when I looked in the mirror and at photos of myself. I wanted to feel comfortable and secure in my body. I wanted a lifestyle that gave me energy to pursue my passions and goals!

I would love to discuss how coaching could help you achieve your goals! You can book your free Clarity session by clicking here. During this 30 min Clarity session, we will discuss your desired outcomes from coaching. This is an informal conversation that gives us the opportunity to get to know one another and see if my coaching is the right fit for you. There is no obligation that you purchase any coaching services. If you are interested in coaching, we will create a contract together that you feel comfortable with.

Coaching is client-driven. We discuss your goals and objectives. As the coach, I will serve as an accountability partner. Given the client’s preference and comfortability, we may use various tools including meditation, journaling, confidence building exercises, and affirmations.

Ultimately this depends on you! There are several options available to support you in your goals. Through the Clarity Session we can discuss what your goals and timeline are and find something that works for you and your schedule.
I typically recommend at least a month for new clients so that they are able to develop habits for lifelong wellness.

Unlike diet plans, I focus my coaching around crafting a holistic wellness plan that is unique to you. We focus on your desired outcomes, your lifestyle stressors, your daily schedule, and most importantly, the faulty dialogue your “inner critic” tells you daily.
Coaching is so powerful because it is client driven. It is focused on you and what you are wanting to achieve. My background and certifications position me to assist you with your nutrition, not as a diet plan, but to teach you about nutrition that works for you, not against you. It is not about eliminating but finding foods, supplements, and herbs that enhance your already existing eating pattern.
As your coach, I help you establish a roadmap to success and our sessions provide an opportunity for consistency and accountability.

I am a Certified Professional Coach and obtained my certification through Coaching Training World as well as a Functional Nutrition Coach. Additionally, I have 10+ years of working with highly motivated teens and young adults in both an artistic and educational setting. It’s been a passion of mine to educate the whole person and obtaining my coaching certification allowed me to level up my services!

Coaching and therapy are very different though they share similar qualities. Coaching is very much focused in the present and future. It is goal oriented and client-driven. Therapy tends to focus on past experiences and is focused on working through past traumas. In coaching, you will complete your coaching with a set of tools that will enable you to create lifelong change. As someone with a Psychology degree and 12 years working with individuals, I know what is outside of my area of expertise. Therefore, if any referrals are needed including therapy, medical professional, nutritionist, etc., I will provide you with resources and referrals.
